2026 Grand Raffle Official Rules

Holy Trinity Catholic Church, a Colorado non-profit and tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3), is conducting a Raffle. Proceeds from the Raffle will be used for ongoing church operations and maintenance. By purchasing or holding a Raffle ticket, each buyer agrees to the following rules:

Ticket Information
  • Cost: The cost of a Raffle ticket is $100.00 each.

  • Odds: The odds of winning are 1 in 500.

  • Limit: ONLY 500 TICKETS WILL BE SOLD.

Prizes
  • First Prize Drawing………..$5,000

  • Second Prize Drawing………$3,000

  • Third Prize Drawing……………$2,000

How to Purchase Tickets
  • Sellers: Holy Trinity Parishioners - Contact Dina Wildung at dptw228@aol.com  

  • After Mass: In the church vestibule following weekend Masses.

  •  Online sales end Thursday, August 6th, 2026 @ 11:55 PM

Drawing and Eligibility
  • Date & Time: The drawing will take place on Sunday, August 9th, 2026 at 6:55 PM

  • Location: 3050 West 76th Ave, Westminster, CO 80030.

  • Supervision: The drawing will be held under the supervision of the Certified Games Managers.

  • Presence: The drawing is open to the public; winners need not be present to win.

  • Age Requirement: Purchasers must be at least 18 years old at the time of purchase.

Ticketing Procedures

The ticket contains two numbered parts:

  1. The Stub: Contains the purchaser’s name, address, email, and phone number. This is retained by the Church in a secure safe until the drawing.

  2. The Ticket: Contains the raffle prize information and is kept by the purchaser.

  3. Online Sales: For online purchases, the Church will email a copy of the entire ticket, and a receipt to the purchaser. Tickets are distributed in numerical order as payments are received.

Winner Notification and Requirements
  • Taxes: All taxes are the sole responsibility of the prize winner(s) and are NOT collected by the Church. Tax Status: Please note that the purchase price of the ticket is NOT tax-deductible.

  • Claiming Prizes: Winners will be contacted using the information on the winning Stub. If a winner does not respond within ten (10) business days, the Church will send notice via U.S. Postal certified mail.

  • Required ID: To collect a prize the winner must show a valid photo ID.

Liability and Legal

Each ticket holder/buyer agrees that the Church and the Archdiocese of Denver are not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with this Raffle. Ticket holders release and agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Church and the Archdiocese of Denver.

Licensing: This Raffle is being conducted pursuant to Bingo-Raffles License # 2026-21293 issued to Holy Trinity Catholic Church by the Colorado Secretary of State’s Office. It is conducted in accordance with the Colorado Constitution (Section 2 of Article XVIII), Colorado’s Bingo and Raffles Law (C.R.S. Title 24, Article 21, Part 6), and Colorado’s Rules Covering and Regulating Bingo/Raffles (CCR 1505-2). This Raffle is void where prohibited by law.
