5th Annual School Auction
Tickets Now on Sale
Tickets for this year’s auction are on sale for $35 each starting this weekend after Masses. Tickets are available through the school office Monday – Friday from 8:00 am – 4:00 pm & after all masses the weekends of September 26th & 27th, October 10th & 11th, and 24th & 25th. Get yours before they are sold out.
This year’s event will include both a silent and live auction to benefit the school. The evening will begin at 5:00 p.m. with the silent auction, drinks, and appetizers. Famous Dave’s BBQ will be catering a scrumptious dinner at 7:30 pm and the live auction begins at 8:30 pm. Dessert will be catered by The Bagel Bakery & Cupcake Shoppe and the evening will conclude with music and check-out from 9:30 pm to 11 pm.
The auction is one of the social highlights of the year for our parish and school. It’s a wonderful evening of community building and fundraising with excitement, intrigue, auction strategy, and just a lot of fun. We hope to see you there.
Sponsor a Teacher
What a better way to show our teachers & staff members how much they are appreciated. Please consider purchasing a ticket for a teacher to attend the auction through your kindness. When purchasing your tickets, indicate on the order form that the ticket is being donated to a teacher. We will in turn notify the teachers of your generosity.
Donations Needed
We are in need of donations to be sold at the auction. Donated items can be personal or solicited from a business. They should be new or antique. Some items that we are currently seeking include timeshares or get-a-ways, autographed sports memorabilia, gift cards, housewares, religious items, & holiday decorations, or any other such items. Cici’s Pizza Night
Cici’s pizza, 5740 W. 88th Avenue, will have a Holy Trinity rebate day Monday, September 28. That day, all Holy Trinity families that visit Cici’s can put their receipts in a special container and our school will receive a rebate of 10 percent of the receipts. Cici’s is an all-you-can-eat pizza buffet. Hope to see you there!
