Auction Donations Needed

This year our school will hold its fifth annual auction fundraiser Saturday, November 14, from 5 to 11 p.m. in the parish overflow. Due to the remodeling of the church, we have decided to have a casual yet exciting western-themed auction this year. Our auction will be complete with a catered barbeque dinner from Famous Dave’s and dessert from The Cupcake Bakery.

At this time, our biggest task is collecting donations to be sold at the auction. Donated items can be personal or solicited from a business and should be new or antique. Suggestions include gift cards, merchandise, and services. Please help us in this important endeavor. You can also help by soliciting donations from businesses where you shop regularly. Thank you!

Tickets will be on sale starting Saturday, September 26th and going through Saturday, October 31st. Tickets are $35 each and include a chance to win one of three fabulous door prizes including: A four-night Baja Mexico Cruise for two, Four tickets to the National Western Stock Show Rodeo & Horse Show, or a $25 Gift Certificate to The Summit USDA Prime Steak & Seafood House.

World’s Finest Chocolate Sale

Holy Trinity School is currently selling World’s Finest Chocolate as part of our annual fundraising. We have a variety of products including classic chocolate bars with almonds, crisp bars, caramel bars, and milk chocolate bars, along with boxes of mint melt-away, chocolate-covered almonds, & chocolate-covered raisins. World’s Finest Chocolate bars are $1 each and the boxes are $2 each. If you are interested in purchasing some chocolate, ask one of our school families or you can stop by the school office.
